Assistant Architect - New Position July 2010

We require a new architectural assistant in our office, starting September 2010.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, to Part II or Part III standard, have excellent Vectorworks drafting skills, be competent at photoshop and other software packages, and should enjoy working in a small, busy office in central London.

The successful applicant will be working on a variety of projects ranging from larger scale housing projects to a single private house. He or she will support the Director, Ben Pentreath, and other colleagues, in handling a variety of projects from initial development layouts to detailed construction drawings.

A working knowledge of Code for Sustainable Homes, Lifetime Homes and BREEAM standards would be particularly welcome.

We ideally seek an individual whose career can grow in the practice over a number of years.  Salary will be negotiable depending on age and experience.
